  1. I work at doing this on a daily basis. Along with the Ketogenic diet. It is not easy to do, since I am a food-a-holic.
    But……….I have successfully lost 75 pounds since starting the diet.
    If you work at this combination, just remember, exercise is just as important.
    A healthy body equals a healthy mind and spirit.
