It has been my firm belief, for decades, that our society is way-way-way too complex. It was too complex 50 years ago even, if not even further back. Most people, however, always told me that it was the mark of greatness, high intelligence, cultural superiority, victory over the Soviet Union and “proof” the we were the best. Really. The further you get from the natural order the better. I’d wouldn’t mind so much if these rubes would leave me and MOTW-minded people out of it.
But anyway, hey, we’ll have flying cars one day, yippeeeeeeee!
