Ha, sure. Hey, you coming to the shindig in Aug?
My little hometown in Texas didn’t get MTV until I was 16. When it came on the cable, I hadn’t ever seen MTV before and I was blown away by all these videos back to back. Our cable system was screwy and we had channels pop up and disappear without explanation. So to be sure, I didn’t turn my TV off for 2 days in a row because I didn’t want to take a chance that MTV would disappear if I did.
