As we take a day to reminisce on what we did this past year, and consider what we hope to accomplish in the next, let us just say that we are glad you are here, and look forward to our future endeavors together. We truly to appreciate each and every reader we have, and do not take you for granted.
If you get a chance, drop us a note in the comments to let us know what you would like for us to cover in future articles. These could be topics already discussed, but need more development, or you could offer up something totally new that we have never addressed. We make no promises, but it would be helpful to see the kinds of posts that our readers would like to see.
You can also let us know what you think about the inclusing of videos, rather than just text articles. In other words, this is your chance to give us your feedback on the site itself, so that we might be able to make improvements.
And enjoy your day with your loved ones.
Happy New Year From MOTW

Thank you for your work creating a resource/refuge for men seeking to live an honorable Christian life. The historical accounts, current events articles, and advice articles are refreshing and useful. I have two suggestions: 1. Could you include a transcript/link to a transcript of the videos you post? 2. Are there any plans for a meetup somewhere in the Midwest in 2019? I have some good men at my church, but they are mostly older/Boomers and it is not easy trying to redpill comfortable Christians.
Thank you again for all you are doing on this site and may you all have a good 2019.
Thanks, Sharpe. As to your questions:
1. If the video produces a transcript, then we could post it, but all of our videos are reposts from other folks, not our own. As we pick videos in the future, we will see if there is a transcript available and provide it (or a link). Good suggestion.
2. I am sure there will be some sort of meet up. Where in the midwest are you?
Unfortunately, I am currently in the People’s Republic of Illinois, though well south of Chicago.
We know some folks in the general area. If you want, I can pass along your email address.
I’d appreciate that, thank you.
You guys are doing great and thanks for the great content throughout the year!
Videos are good for demonstration or music, but I don’t like watching people talk, and would rather just read it if it’s just talking.
As for new topics:
I’d like to learn more about optimizing security in everyday life.
Tactics on how to defend a position and counter attack in non-military scenarios.
Setting up a neighborhood watch.
Thanks for all you do!
I also prefer text to video, but many folks prefer the videos, so we try to provide both. As I mentioned, I will try to find transcripts for the videos, when possible.
The topics you list are good. I will see if we can get some folks to address them.
May the Lord bless you, and keep you. Let him lift up His countenance upon you, now and forever more. Amen.
I thank you men for what you are doing. I really enjoy the Culture, Philosophy, History and Fitness section, but read pretty much everything posted.

I’d like to submit a story for MOTW. Who should I send it to for consideration?
You can email it to me: theophrastus@menofthewest.net
Once I get it, we can look it over and get back to you.
The request is still out there for Lector (I think) to write an article about securing ones house…whenever he might find some time.
In the literal sense, not figurative, that is.
